Paradise Dance Festival + 2009 Club Challenge Jack & Jill

     While at Montana’s on Saturday David and I ran into event directors Barb DeLay and Karen Crabtree who helm up the upcoming Paradise Dance Festival (Pomona, Oct. 16-19) as well as  Los Angeles Premier Dance Classic (April 2010, LAX). Paradise is the best of both Swing and Country when it comes to merging their respecti r workshops, dancing and competitive worlds, I highly recommend.

     Barb also told me that this year’s ticket will also include TWO buffet meals with the event pass – that mean two meals you don’t have to bring yourself from home (cold squished sandwich, anyone?) or two over-priced restaurant meals you’d have to buy elsewhere, so that’s a great deal.

     And, if you do the J&J competing thing, make sure you check out B&K’s J&J club contest with different qualifying rounds around town this month and next leading up to the finals at the event, and they have some awesome prizes, too!
