PALM SPRINGS SUMMER DANCE CAMP

This Weekend: August 6-9, 2009

     Ain’t no other place to be this weekend but Jay Byam’s Palm Springs Summer Dance Camp. Word. Sorry, just went Oklahoma Street on y’all but I’m back now.

     Seriously though, Jay’s annual summer event is so much fun, it’s something that everyone should experience at least once and ideally attend every year thereafter.

     David and I are hosting the DanceChatter Cocktail Party on Friday evening August 7th (for  VIP guests, those who bought their SDC tix through me and for DanceChatter.Com Performance Class members). On Saturday, August 8th I have two workshops: a 12:00 noon Beginning Level Romantic Nightclub workshop and a 3:00 pm Beginning Level Hustle workshop, come see me in class! Also, throughout the entire weekend I am once again proud to participate in the event’s Beginner Private Lesson Program (Tell your newbie dance friends about this, it’s a GREAT way for beginning dancers to take advantage of private lessons with select teachers at a discounted price).

     Speaking of beginners, DanceMeister Jay B is the only event director I know of that offers a dedicated Beginner Bootcamp Workshop room all weekend long (every class taught in that room is beginning in level), but also the discounted private lesson program for beginners as well.  It’s a great way to induct your friends and family into the addiction, I mean, joy of dancing!
